Meet the Director — Mike Harrison

Rather Good is led by Mike Harrison, a senior product and communications leader with more than twenty years’ experience across telecommunications, infrastructure and broadcast environments.

Mike’s career spans major network programmes at Vodafone — including nationally significant event delivery — through to senior leadership roles at Arqiva and Cellnex UK, where he led product portfolios, go-to-market strategy and B2B marketing. He has:

Mike combines strategic thinking with practical delivery. He understands how complex organisations operate — and how messages need to be shaped so they resonate with colleagues, customers, partners and senior stakeholders alike. He is as comfortable developing long-term product roadmaps as he is shaping a keynote presentation or refining a message for senior stakeholders.

Alongside his telecommunications leadership career, Mike has experience as a commercial radio presenter and producer. References include Chiltern Radio, SuperGold Network, Oasis FM, Mercury FM, Kestrel FM, Lite Radio, Horizon Radio and Gorgeous Radio.

That background brings a natural instinct for audience, tone and timing — an understanding of how communication feels, not just how it reads.
